The MV World Odyssey Bound For Southampton Transits The Kiel Canal On September 7, 2015

After spending a couple of weeks in Kiel, Germany (a new paint job and the transition from a passenger ship to the next floating campus), the World Odyssey is underway and making a transit of the Kiel Canal.

It's destination is Southampton and the commencement of the Fall 2015 Voyage.  New students, staff and faculty are gathering to share in what will certainly be a life-changing experience.   A new floating campus and a new pages to be written in the history of the program.

Here’s the ship on approach to the Brunsbüttel lock and an exit into the North Sea.    4:09 PM (local time) on Sept. 7, 2015.
