* The entire student body, faculty and staff made their way to Jerusalem via bus after the SS Universe ran aground in the harbor at Alexandria, Egypt on February 25, 1983.   The semester was completed at the Diplomat Hotel in Jerusalem from March 1 through April 12, 1983.  

It should be noted that the voyage count of 124 includes the five “lost voyages” that have been unearthed and documented through the efforts of students, faculty members and administrators who sailed on these “lost” World Campus Afloat voyages.
